Surcharge
During the following time periods a minimum price for the following rooms will be charged: Junior Suite, Juniorappartement, Apartment 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as well as Suite.

Child discounts
Children up to 3 years of age reside free of charge; between 4 to 6 years of age 70% discount; between 7 to 13 years 40% discount; from 14 years 30% discount apply for the extra bed.
Payment
The hotel bill can be settled in cash, with Euro cheque card, Mastercard or VISA. In the case of cancellation or earlier than booked departure the Austrian Hotel T&Cs apply.
Cancellation – Europäische Travel Insurance
We recommend booking travel insurance for your stay in our hotel just in case anything unexpected prevents you from traveling. More information and the ability to purchase online can be found at

Additional Information
- At Christmas (December 24th in Austria) and on New Year’s Eve (December 31st) an additional surcharge of Euro 23,- per person (children receive their age discounts) is added for each event.
- On Easter Sunday a one-off surcharge of Euro 18,- per person (children recieve their age discounts) is added.
- Pets are not allowed due to general consideration for other guests.
- To secure your booking a deposit of 35% of the total sum is necessary.
- No refunds apply on services not used.
All prices are in Euro per person per night and include all taxes, exclusive of local tax. The local tax is Euro 2.60 per day. Children up to 14 years of age are excluded from the local tax.
